Beef tenderloin otherwise known as “fillet mignon” is a very popular cut… however the beef tenderloin you find at our store is drastically improved by our unique preparation and butchering style.

Our beef tenderloin is prime grade and dry aged for 42 days, resulting in a cut that is smooth, buttery, and packed with mouthwatering flavors. They are cut into what we call “baseball steaks” making them easy to grill, sous vide, or even pop in the oven.
