The Smoker
The secret behind some of our mouth-watering flavours? Our legendary Hard Core Smoker — our pride and joy that runs year-round.
You’ll taste it throughout the market. Our signature brisket sandwich is served daily alongside pulled pork and corned beef, while featured patio nights bring even more from the smoker, including pork, and beef ribs, and bugers.
Even our lunch meats get the Hard Core treatment. Our roast beef, turkey rolls and chicken breast are prepared in-house and smoked on-site, bringing fresh, house-made flavour to every deli sandwich.
And it doesn’t stop at the lunch counter. The butcher shop is packed with signature smoked products you won’t find just anywhere, including maple bacon, sausages, ribs and peameal bacon — all prepared in-house and smoked right here at BJ’s.
